Investment Banking Director
As a Director at CAVU Capital, Michael Ifraimov brings over 14 years of experience in the investment banking and principal investment industries, having completed M&A, debt and equity financing transactions with over $38 billion in deal value and made investments in over $3 billion of debt and equity securities across the capital structure. Michael’s experience spans both large, multi-national, full-service investment banks including Bank of America, Barclays and Société Générale and middle-market platforms including Houlihan Lokey and Stifel, as well as private equity at American Securities. Michael has worked on complex M&A and strategic advisory transactions and debt and equity financing transactions for companies across a wide variety of industries, most recently within the Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector.
Michael received an MBA degree, with distinction, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
